The hottest ExxonMobil new 650000 ton polyethylene

It is reported that ExxonMobil announced on Tuesday that the company is building a 650000 ton/year polyethylene (PE) plant in Beaumont, Texas. ExxonMobil said that the construction work has begun, and the device is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2019. However, ExxonMobil did not specify what type of PE the unit would produce

in addition, ExxonMobil is currently building another two 650000 T/a PE production units in Mont belvieu, Texas, which are planned to be completed and put into operation in the second half of next year

ExxonMobil currently has six PE production units in Beaumont, with a total capacity of 1.2 million tons/year. One set of equipment produces high-density polyethylene (HDPE), three sets of equipment produces linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), and two sets of tensile tests are one of the most widely used methods to study the mechanical strength of materials, namely, to produce low-density polyethylene (LDPE). ExxonMobil currently has three PE units in Mont belvieu, with a total capacity of 1.17 million tons/year, two of which produce LLDPE, and the other 240000 tons/year HDPE unit is being expanded to 300000 tons/year, which is expected to be completed in 2017
