1. Generally, the pedal height is too low and the braking efficiency is poor during braking. If you brake with two or more consecutive feet, the pedal height will increase and the braking efficiency will improve, indicating that the clearance between the brake drum and the friction plate or between the master cylinder piston and the push rod is too large

2. When maintaining the brake, if the height of the pedal decreases slowly or rapidly, it means that the brake pipeline is broken somewhere, the joint is poorly sealed, or the cylinder cup is poorly sealed, its return spring is too soft or broken, or the master cylinder cup and ring are poorly sealed, and the oil return valve and oil outlet valve are poor. First step down the brake pedal and observe whether there is brake fluid leakage. If the outside is normal, check the failure of the slave cylinder or master cylinder

3. When braking for several consecutive feet, the pedal height is still too low, and after the second brake, the master cylinder piston is not returned. When the brake pedal is pressed, the master cylinder is pushed, and the rod with orderly microcrystalline structure collides with the piston. It is because the master cylinder cup is broken or the return spring is too soft

4. The pedal height is slightly higher and elastic when braking for several consecutive feet, indicating that air is infiltrated into the brake pipeline

5. For several consecutive steps, the pedal is pressed to the bottom, and there is no reaction force on the pedal, indicating that the brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir is seriously lost

6. When braking for several consecutive feet, the pedal height is low and soft, which is due to the blockage of the vent hole of the plug of the reservoir in the main oil inlet hole

7. When braking with one or two feet, the pedal height is appropriate, but it is too hard and the braking efficiency is poor. Check whether the clearance between the friction plate of each wheel and the drum is too small. If the clearance is normal, according to the inspection report, the professionals who check the surface shape of drum wall and friction plate also gave their opinions. If it is normal, check whether the brake shoe spring is too hard, whether the master cylinder or slave cylinder cup is swollen, and whether the piston fits loosely with the cylinder wall. If they are normal, then check whether the brake hose is aging and unblocked
